Author: Alfio Caruso

Love, power, and war in this enthralling Mafia saga. Willy Melodia, a Sicilian piano player and Mafioso by default, is an accidental witness to the world’s most exciting and devious Mafia developments, from turn-of-the-century Sicily to Modern-day America. In this novel, history is told from his perspective: famous Mafiosi, such as Lucky Luciano, Frank Costello, Al Capone, Joe Adonis, Meyer Lansky, Vito Genovese, Bugsy Siegel, and Joseph Bonanno. Spanning from Chicago’s heyday to Nazi-occupied Europe, from Israeli independence to the birth of Las Vegas, and including Frank Sinatra, Porgy and Bess, and Luigi Pirandello, Willy Melodia is a novel of extraordinary breadth and scope.
